The Tenant Turner Open Doors Program, in partnership with Rent Manager, invites property managers across the country to nominate tenants who could use a helping hand this holiday season.

We all face challenges beyond our control — a medical emergency, job loss, or unexpected hardship. These stories often live in the dark.

Through Open Doors, you can share them.

This year, 5 recipients will each receive $1,500 toward rent, paid directly to their property management company.

There aren’t any fees or requirements to be a Tenant Turner or Rent Manager customer. Just a simple way to make someone’s season brighter.
